Customer Support Associate (WeChat, FB & WhatsApp) Open
Handle incoming WhatsApp inquiries, order updates, and basic customer issues. Must be fluent in Bangla and comfortable with basic English. Work from our Mohammadpur office or remote.
Social Media & Content Creator Open
Create product videos, Facebook posts, and TikTok content. Must understand Bangladeshi online shopping culture and have basic video editing skills.
B2B Sales Coordinator Opening Soon
Manage relationships with reseller partners, share weekly catalogs, and coordinate bulk orders. Experience in wholesale or distribution is a plus.
