All products are imported from China after you place your order. We do not keep large local stock. This is how we offer you factory-direct prices. Please read the timelines carefully before ordering.

Explore products on our website or send us a 1688 product link via WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, exact specifications, and final price within a few hours.
Place Your Order
Add items to your cart and checkout online, or confirm your order via WhatsApp. You will receive an order summary with product photos and total cost before any payment.
Make Payment
Pay via bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or COD (selected ready-stock items only). For pre-order items, full payment is required so we can purchase from the China supplier on your behalf.
We Source, Check & Ship
Our China team buys the item, performs a quality check, and ships it to Bangladesh. You receive WhatsApp updates at every stage:

- Cleared Bangladesh customs
- Handed to local courier for delivery
Receive at Your Doorstep

All timelines below begin after the product is shipped from our China warehouse. Before that, we need 3–7 days for sourcing and quality checking.
Air Shipping
12–15 DaysFrom China warehouse to your doorstep in Bangladesh. Fast, tracked, and reliable.

- Recommended for urgent or high-value orders
Sea Shipping
35–45 DaysEconomical option for bulk and heavy orders. Same quality, lower shipping cost.
- Ideal for bulk B2B orders
- Significantly lower shipping cost per kg
- Tracking available at port milestones
- Best for non-urgent, large-volume purchases
Important: The 12–15 day (Air) and 35–45 day (Sea) timelines start after the parcel leaves our China facility. Total time from order placement = sourcing time (3–7 days) + shipping time. We always keep you updated via WhatsApp at every stage.

Note on COD: Cash on Delivery is only available for selected ready-stock items and selected areas in Dhaka. For all pre-order imports from China, full advance payment is required before we purchase the item.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before we purchase the item from the China supplier. Once the item is bought and enters the shipping pipeline, cancellation is not possible because the product is already in transit internationally. We always confirm the purchase status with you via WhatsApp before proceeding.

Local Courier Tracking
Once your parcel clears customs and enters Bangladesh, we share the local courier tracking number (Pathao, Steadfast, or others) so you can follow the final delivery.
